How do I sign in?
Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code, or use Sign in with Apple or Google. No password to remember.
How do hearts, energy, gems and hints work?
Hearts are lives in a lesson, energy lets you start lessons, and both refill over time. You earn gems by playing and spend them in the in-app Shop on refills, hint packs, and boosts.
What does Premium include?
Premium removes ads and gives unlimited hearts and energy. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your App Store account settings.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your account and all your progress, courses, gems and achievements. You can also email us to request deletion.
Which languages can I learn?
English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean and Arabic — and the app interface is available in all seven. You learn any language other than the one your app is set to.
